The Encyclopedia of Milwaukee is a a Digital Humanities Project sponsored by the History Department in the College of Letters and Science at UW-Milwaukee. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is Wisconsin’s largest and most influential newspaper. As Michail Takach wrote for Urban Milwaukee, 'On Tuesday, Aug. Titles include the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Wisconsin State Journal, Capital Times, Badger Herald, Daily Cardinal, Isthmus, and Madison Times, among others. Urban Milwaukee reports on the loss of access to the Milwaukee Journal and Milwaukee Sentinel archives. Last month, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel made headlines across the country when its archives disappeared from Google News. Newspapers are searchable and are included cover to cover in PDF format. While Atlanta and Charlotte do not have local papers available on, the Greenville News is a good source for both teams. A collection of more than 240 daily and weekly Wisconsin newspapers. This paper is in the advantageous position of being the biggest city between Atlanta and Charlotte and also being about halfway between them (150 miles from Atlanta and 100 miles from Charlotte) and they have always covered the Falcons and Panthers very well.
